This Privacy Policy explains how Neotota Technology Limited (“Neotota,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects personal information when you use the AI Car Mods mobile application and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
Please review this Privacy Policy before using the Services or submitting any photos, videos, prompts, or other content.
When you use an AI customization, image-generation, video-generation, or editing feature, we may process:
vehicle photos, videos, and other files you select or upload;
prompts, descriptions, modification choices, template selections, and settings;
generated or edited images, videos, previews, and related output; and
metadata that remains attached to uploaded files, which may include device, capture-time, or location information.
AI Car Mods does not automatically upload your photo library. We process only content you choose to submit or make available through device permissions.
Your content may incidentally show people, license plates, addresses, locations, or other identifying details. You are responsible for having the necessary rights and permissions before uploading content. Where practical, avoid submitting unnecessary personal information.
We may collect limited technical information needed to operate, secure, and improve the Services, including:
device type, operating-system version, app version, language, and general region;
IP address and app or device identifiers;
feature interactions, session information, and approximate timestamps;
crash reports, performance data, error logs, and diagnostic information; and
security and fraud-prevention signals.
If you contact us, we may collect your email address, message, attachments, feedback, and information reasonably necessary to respond.
We use information to:
provide vehicle visualization, customization, image-generation, video-generation, and editing features;
process your prompts and generate the result you request;
operate, maintain, troubleshoot, secure, and improve the Services;
respond to questions, feedback, and support requests;
detect fraud, misuse, prohibited content, and security incidents;
enforce our Terms of Use and comply with legal obligations; and
protect users, third parties, Neotota, and the Services.
We do not sell your vehicle photos, videos, prompts, or generated results. We do not use submitted content for cross-context behavioral advertising.
AI Car Mods provides AI-powered vehicle visualization, customization, image-generation, video-generation, editing, and related template features.
When you choose to use these features, only the photos, videos, prompts, selections, and other information you explicitly submit are processed. AI Car Mods does not automatically upload your photo library or other locally stored media.
Depending on the feature you use, information transmitted for processing may include:
vehicle photos, videos, or other media you explicitly select or capture;
visible vehicle details, including body shape, paint, wheels, license plates, surroundings, and other elements contained in submitted media;
people or other personal information incidentally visible in submitted media;
prompts, modification instructions, template selections, settings, and other information you explicitly submit;
generated or edited images, videos, previews, and related output; and
technical information reasonably necessary to securely process and deliver the requested result.
Information submitted for AI-powered features may be securely transmitted to our servers and processed through the following third-party cloud service providers:
Amazon Web Services (AWS) — cloud infrastructure, storage, computing, and data processing; and
Google Cloud Platform (GCP) — cloud infrastructure, storage, computing, and data processing.
We may also use specialized AI-model or video-processing providers when necessary to perform the feature you request. These providers process information on our behalf only for authorized purposes and are subject to contractual or other applicable safeguards.
Submitted information is used only to:
process the AI-powered feature you request;
analyze submitted vehicle media as necessary to understand the vehicle, scene, perspective, and requested modification;
generate and deliver the requested customization, image, video, preview, or other result;
troubleshoot processing failures and maintain service reliability;
detect and prevent fraud, misuse, prohibited content, and security incidents; and
maintain the security and technical operation of the Services.
We do not sell submitted photos, videos, prompts, or generated output. We do not use this content for advertising, cross-context behavioral advertising, user profiling, facial recognition, biometric identification, or determining a person’s identity.
We do not use uploaded vehicle photos, videos, prompts, or generated output to train general-purpose AI models.
Submitted media and related temporary processing data are deleted or de-identified after processing is completed and the result is delivered, except where limited retention is reasonably necessary to troubleshoot failures, prevent misuse, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, or complete temporary backup cycles, as further described in Section 5.
We require service providers that process information on our behalf to maintain appropriate safeguards and protect information in accordance with applicable privacy and security requirements. Information may be processed in countries other than where you live, subject to the safeguards described in this Privacy Policy.
We may disclose information:
to service providers that support the authorized purposes described above;
for legal, safety, and security reasons when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, investigate misuse, enforce agreements, or protect rights and safety;
in a business transaction, such as a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to applicable requirements; and
at your direction, including when you export or share content through another application.
Third-party applications process content under their own terms and privacy policies after you choose to share it.
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to provide requested features, maintain security, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations.
Submitted photos, videos, prompts, and temporary processing files may be retained only as long as needed to generate and deliver results, troubleshoot failures, prevent misuse, or satisfy legal obligations. We delete or de-identify this information when it is no longer reasonably necessary, subject to temporary backup cycles and legal requirements.
Content stored locally on your device remains there until you remove it using your device or app controls. Copies you export to a photo library, backup, or third-party service are controlled by those locations.
You may control photo-library and other device permissions through your device settings. Restricting a permission may prevent the corresponding feature from working.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection, or to withdraw consent. You may also have a right to appeal a decision or complain to a privacy regulator.
To make a privacy request, email feedback@neototatech.com with the subject line “AI Car Mods Privacy Request.” We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify and process the request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.
We do not sell personal information for money. If our practices change in a way that creates an applicable right to opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or certain profiling, we will provide the required notice and control.
Your information may be processed in Hong Kong and other countries where we or our service providers operate. Those countries may have different data-protection laws. Where required, we use appropriate contractual, organizational, or legal safeguards for international transfers.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. No electronic transmission or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13. If local law sets a higher minimum age for independent consent, users below that age may use the Services only with authorization from a parent or legal guardian where permitted.
If you believe a child provided personal information in violation of this section, contact us so that we can review and take appropriate action.
The Services may link to or integrate with app stores, sharing services, or other third parties. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this Privacy Policy.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the effective date and provide additional notice when required by applicable law.
